Guests must present a valid credit card with valid government issued photo ID at check in time. An additional $100 hold for incidentals will be placed on the card at check in time. This hold will be released 5 - 10 business days after checkout if there are no incidental charges. Cash deposits are not allowed.

First night room and tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking in order to guarantee each reservation. Cancellation policy varies based on arrival date and selected rate plan.

Housekeeping service is limited until further notice. Maids will only replace the towels, toiletries, and remove the trash.  We kindly request all guests to wear a mask inside if the public areas of the building.

Minimum check-in age is 21 years old.

Check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out time is before 11:00 am. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and may incur extra charges.

Maximum occupancy per room is 5 persons. First 2 adults stay free. For every extra adult there is an extra charge of $15 per adult, per night. Children aged 17 and under stay for free. Roll-away beds cost an extra $10 plus tax per night with a maximum of 1 roll-away bed per reservation. Cribs are free with a maximum of 1 crib per reservation.

Parking is limited to 1 parking space per reservation. Parking is in garage with a height restriction of 6 feet and 8 inches.  Parking is free. Parking for oversize vehicles is not guaranteed. Parking garage height restriction is 6 feet, 8 inches

100% Smoke Free Hotel – smoking is not permitted inside the hotel or on the balconies. The hotel’s designated smoking area is in the parking garage. We do not permit smoking cigarettes, tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil, essential oils, or synthetic products in our hotel. Fireworks are prohibited on hotel premises. Guests who violate the hotel’s nonsmoking policy may be evicted with no refund and charged an additional penalty.

We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cooking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, loss of revenue, etc.
